First english GYROKINESIS(R) group classes in Vienna!

Enjoy Yoga with elements from dance, gymnastics, swimming and Tai Chi in english! Gyrokinesis is a unique training with flowing movement sequences that increase strength and flexibility, renew energy and vitality and give you a general sense of calm and well being.

Dates:
Fridays, starting on Sep, 6th, 6:45 pm to 8 pm, 2 times a month, also a proper training in addition to the practice of other yoga styles!
Location: Institut Hara, Magdalenenstrasse 4, 1060 Wien
Prices: € 18,-- single group class, € 135,-- block of 10 classes, € 80,-- block of 5 classes
Language: Classes are given in german and/or english
