What should your arms be doing when you run? How can you efficiently step into a powerful and less energy wasting stride? How can you run longer with less injuries? What is the best way to breath when you run?

Join this 2.5 hour workshop to bring out the best runner inside of you. Learn how to properly warm-up, breathe optimally, move efficiently, and gain greater strength to improve your running times and performance.

We will spend half the workshop in our running shoes testing out new techniques and running tips. Learn the importance of core strength to help every step and maximize performance.

We then move indoors to lengthen, strengthen, balance, renew, and release the tension in a runner’s body.

Learn how to keep your body healthy and injury free from the stresses that running can bring about with mileage. Step into your shoes, and come onto your mat to flourish the new runner inside of you!

For all levels of runners, both beginner and experienced!
