Based in London, Adelene teaches internationally, with a special interest in Yoga for Scoliosis / Backcare, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation. She is a trainer and mentor on various reputable Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Program.

This workshop offers insights on the beauty of slowing down, to support effective quality rest. Understand and experience how this practice affects the Autonomic Nervous System for health and rejuvenation, and hone your skills to relaxation.

Adelene will share her knowledge and experience of Restorative Yoga: the art of relaxation for deep conscious rest, informed by western science and experienced and tested by practitioners of all ages. This day offers a combination of lectures, experiential practice, with time for discussion and questions. All Levels.

Yoga for Back Care: Spinal Resilience | Price: 85 Euro

The focus of this workshop is on understanding spinal health through integrated movement, developing spinal resilience for longevity. The methodology will be both educational and experiential to enhance the practitioner’s embodiment of the subject.
Suitable for dedicated students, teachers and those working with spinal conditions. Not appropriate for pregnant or acute spinal conditions.
