Yoga for Trauma Recovery offers a practical package of yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation combined with methods for consciously managing the mind and emotions. This holistic approach uses a range of tools for restoring wellbeing to the body and mind, offering healthy solutions to manage stress and ease post-trauma suffering.
An international team of experienced experts is waiting for you
- Yoga teachers with a decade or more experience teaching yoga to manage the mind and emotions and balance the nervous system
- Helen Cushing (Sw. Ahimsadhara), Australia – author of the book "Hope: How Yoga Heals the Scars of Trauma"
- Narendra Bharwaney (Sn. Brahmananda), UK
- Nadeshda Stürzebecher (Sn. Antarshuddhi) – an artist and yoga teacher from Bhavani Yoga Center Vienna
- The psychotherapists: Martin Dietrich, Diana Ivanova (Germany) and Melanie King (Sn. Shantipriya), UK
Kids programme: Children are welcome for the first retreat on 9-16 July, when we will offer a parallel kids nature, art and yoga programme.
Cost of retreat
Euro 630 - Euro 700 (depending on room). Included food, accommodation and teaching. Children at half price.
