A weekend seminar with Dieke Bikker - a inner journey to the Heart and an outer journey to Trust with Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga, Thai Yoga massage & Therapeutic flying from 22nd - 24th January 2016 in Linz.
Yin Yoga - The journey starts
In the practice of Yin Yoga the focus is to sink into the deep silence of ones own heart.
You will hold poses or stretches for a longer time (about 3 – 6 minutes), which gives the physical and energetic body a chance to release deep seated tension and let go of long held patterns.
The minimalism and silence of the practice gives you a chance to bring your attention to self-inquiry, exploring your habits and patterns and ways you normally relate to situations, whether they are comfotable or not. You will be invited to watch from a deeper place inside, where peace and silence always are, and where is no need to change or fix anything, non need to re-act, but just sit and rest in your natural state of peace and joy. You could call it the practice of Being.
This class is for anyone who is open to explore, and longing for more peace and happiness.
PartnerYoga & Therapeutic Flying
After a journey inwards, you have arrived in a beautiful space, where connecting with someone else becomes loving and centered. The PartnerYoga practice we start with, will build the fundament for the trust and techniques you need for Therapeutic Flying. Therapeutic Flying is a Partner Practice where you gently lift your partner on your legs, to be able to let them float in the air, letting go being stretched, moved and turned into yogic stretched and massage.
It’s a unique combination of deep nourishment, letting go, practicing trust, and joyous playfull presence.
Die Seminarleiterin
Dieke Bikker lebt in Gouda/Holland und bietet weltweit Seminare und Workshops an. Vor ihrer Begegnung mit AcroYoga hat sie Erfahrung im Bereich Yoga, Bewegungstherapie, Akrobatik und Thaimassage gesammelt. AcroYoga hat all ihre Kenntnisse zusammengeführt.
