Master Introduction Classes
  • Thursday, 28 May | 17:00 – 19:00
  • Friday, 29 May | 11:00 – 13:00

  • Saturday, 30 May | 13:00 – 16:00 | "Perfect Balance"
Sirim Sukham – strong, steady, stable, comfortable, happy, light

In āsana we begin to work on the lack of clarity in our physical body. Access to more clarity is realized when we are able to address hidden areas which may be covered by a habitual tendency to practice or live in certain way.
In this class we will explore in a mindful and meditative way which gives us time to discover what might be hidden from our awareness which will sub sequentially allow us to experience more harmony and balance both inside and out.
  • Sunday, 31 May |  13:oo – 16:oo | "Moving to the center"
By exploring the edges of our capacity in our asana practice we are able to create a deeper middle ground. This middle ground is where a deep center of power, stillness, and softness reside. There are physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual centers which can be explored and expanded with more awareness and contact within. A result of this contact will be a more sable and peaceful sense of self to be occupied by the alert practitioner.
