Yoga Workshop „Yoga and Dharma: Amrit, the elixir of yoga“ with Katchie Ananda is based on Anusara Yoga, a scientific and elegant system of yoga that is highly effective, and very safe for the body.
Like Katchie often says laughingly – „it’s the dharma of the body“. She also teaches the art of mindfulness based on Buddhist psychology as taught by Jack Kornfield. The two complementing schools are used to guide the body back to ease, calm and train the mind, and open the heart.
The goal is to align with our authentic purpose, and assist in healing ourselves by accessing our own wisdom and compassion.
In this workshop we will explore being mindful through movement and breathing exercises and hear firsthand stories of how these teachings have impacted and touched people all over the world.
Katchie unterrichtet vorwiegend auf Deutsch with a little bit of English mixed in.
Über Katchie Ananda
Katchie Ananda, in der Schweiz geboren, war ursprünglich Tänzerin in der Schweiz und in Brasilien. Sie bringt
eine 20-jährige Erfahrung als Yogalehrerin und -Ausbildnerin mit.
Sie ist zertifizierte Lehrerin für Anusara-, Jivamukti- und
Integral-Yoga; außerdem studierte sie bei Richard Freeman intensiv Ashtanga-Vinyasa-Yoga und lernte bzw. assistierte viele Jahre bei John Friend, dem Gründer von Anusara-Yoga. Inspiriert von Jack Kornfield
ist sie ausserdem eine leidenschaftliche Anhängerin der
