Workshop Series: Yoga Philosophie – Sanskrit – Nada Yoga

19. Sept 9h-12h | The Sacred Vibrations of Sanskrit
Sanskrit, also called the ‘Language of Gods, is a collection of the subtle vibrations of the Cosmic Energies. Chanting and contemplating upon Sanskrit sounds is very energizing and helps in attuning oneself to Cosmic Consciousness.
Sanskrit is a powerful, transformational Yogic tool that calms the movements of thought, induces meditative state and gently carries the restless mind to Quiescence.

19. Sept 14h-17h | Revitalize yourself through Mantra-Chanting
Mantras help energize and centre ourselves, calm the negative chatter of the mind, deal with addictions, improve self-image, break through obstacles in life and induce inner peace and harmony. In this workshop, we will learn about the unique Vibrations that embody specific energies of the Universe called ‘Devatas’ or Deities, prerequisites of a Mantra, accurate pronunciation of a few energizing Mantras, practical applications of Mantras, how to practice Japa Yoga and Mantra Meditation.

20. Sept 9h-12h | A Journey through the Chakras
In this workshop, we will explore the seven principal Chakras, energy centers, in the body, their areas of influence, their imbalance and balance and how they influence all aspects of our lives, health, physical, emotional and mental well-being. Come prepared by wearing loose and comfortable clothing.

20. Sept 14h-17h | Inner Healing through Nada Yoga
Nada Yoga is a wonderful confluence of the science of Yoga, Mudras, Ayurveda, Astrology and the Art of Music. It is one of the most effective ways to balance the Chakras, remove mento-emotional energy blockages, gently carry the mind to a tranquil state where inner healing becomes possible, rise above the cacophony of the negative thoughts in the mind, go deeper into the heart and discover the inexhaustible source of inner strength and peace there.
