Jeanne Heileman is 500-ERYT, ParaYoga Level II certified teacher, YogaWorks senior teacher – tours internationally teaching teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats. In March she is the first time in Austria and is teaching Tantra Flow Immersion in YogaKula Vienna.
She is one of Rod Stryker`s long-time, senior students. Initiated into the lineage of Sri Vidya, a form of Tantra from the Himalayan Mountains under the guidance of Swami Rama, she assists Rod at workshops and conferences. She continues to study with him and his teacher, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, the leader of the Himalayan Institute in Pennsylvania. She has travelled to India numerous times, studying Tantra with Panditji and Prana Flow/Ayurveda with
Shiva Rea.
In 2011 Jeanne Heileman completed a year and half-long training in Living Tantra with Panditji. She also studies with Sally Kempton, who has deepened Jeanne’s connection to the Tantric teachings with added nuances.

The main point in Tantra is to become one with the Divine, who is part of our life and beyond our life. In Tantra we weave different aspects of yoga into a whole practice to heighten the life experience. One of the main tools used in Tantra is energy.
Energy is affected in how we use our breath, which part of the body we put our breath, and what are we doing with our body as we breathe. The result is feeling much more open, expansive and fearless in our life. The workshop will use various Tantric techniques to bring awareness to the Chakras and access this abundant energy.
