A weekend seminar with Dieke Bikker - a inner journey to the Heart and an outer journey to Trust with Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga & Therapeutic flying from 10th - 12th February 2017 in Linz.
Friday | Yin Yoga - Exploring the inner realm
Starting the seminar weekend with connecting inward through Yin Yoga, Meditation and Movement. Dieke will guide you into awareness of the inner sensing experience of the body. From that place we take yoga postures and find movement that is effortless and natural freeing any patterns of holding back or tension in the body.
Saturday | PartnerYoga & Therapeutic Flying
Morning - „the power of play”
This morning we explore gentle connection with others through Partneryoga asana, (partner)meditation, touch and movement.
Afternoon - „the power of community”
This afternoon we take the trust and connection into a more playful realm, with partneryoga and therapeutic flying. It’s a unique combination of deep nourishment, letting go, practicing trust, and joyous playfull presence.
Die Seminarleiterin
Dieke Bikker lebt in Gouda/Holland und bietet weltweit Seminare und Workshops an. Vor ihrer Begegnung mit AcroYoga hat sie Erfahrung im Bereich Yoga, Bewegungstherapie, Akrobatik und Thai-Massage gesammelt. AcroYoga hat all ihre Kenntnisse zusammengeführt.
